2. Your right to return (U.S. and general)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, you may return most unopened and unused products within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with this policy and applicable U.S. state and federal law. Some states may provide longer return periods for consumers; we will comply with mandatory legal requirements in your jurisdiction. Opened or used dietary supplement products may be subject to different rules for health and safety reasons; see Section 4 below.

3. Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return and refund:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to have been used, damaged by the customer, or tampered with. We may also refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

4. Opened or used products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of dietary supplement products (including Vasantara) that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or we are required to accept the return by law. If you believe you received a defective product (e.g., damaged packaging, wrong product, or quality issue), please contact us with details and, where possible, photos. We may arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. If your jurisdiction grants you a right to return used goods (e.g., certain consumer protection laws), we will comply with those requirements.

5. How to request a return

To request a return:

  2. We will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization or shipping label (if we provide one). Follow the instructions carefully.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit until we receive them.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund as described in Section 6.

6. Refunds
